Judicial and Academic Excellence
Daniele Verissimo Simoni brings together a rare combination in the legal world: the technical depth of someone who worked for nearly a decade behind the scenes of the Judiciary and the sensitivity of someone who dedicated her academic career to protecting the most vulnerable.
With 9 years of experience as a legal advisor and chief of staff at the Parana State Court of Justice, working across criminal courts, appellate panels, criminal enforcement and jury trials, Daniele understands how the justice system works from the inside. This experience translates into precise, strategic advocacy deeply informed by judicial practice.
Today, in addition to being a partner at the firm, she serves as a Lay Judge in the Special Courts of Bandeirantes and as a professor of Criminal and Constitutional Law. Honored with academic distinction at graduation, holding three specializations and recognized as the graduating class namesake professor, Daniele brings to every case the same excellence that defines her entire career.
